  • - Operate and provide the Vetted platform
  • - Route messages between senders and recipients
  • - Process payments and payouts
  • - Send transactional emails (confirmations, notifications)
  • - Prevent fraud and abuse

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to provide the service: with Stripe for payment processing, with Postmark for email delivery, and as required by law. When you send a message through Vetted, the recipient sees your name and email address.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • - Access your personal data
  • - Correct inaccurate information
  • - Request deletion of your data
  • - Export your data in a portable format
  • - Withdraw consent at any time

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that process your data:

  • - Stripe — Payment processing and payouts

  • - Supabase — Database and authentication

Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies and security practices.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Message content is retained for the duration of the conversation lifecycle. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
